Terms and Conditions

This is a legal and binding agreement between you, the Customer, and Rojad CompuTech. This term and condition is binding on Rojad CompuTech's Web Design only. Please note that all third party logos displayed in our site are copyright products of their owners. By using, installing or accessing the Rojad CompuTech website, the Services and certain Products that are offered, as our Customer you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to this terms and conditions then your web design would not be complete.
IF YOU PROCEED, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT PROCEED.
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
LICENSE GRANT. Subject to the provisions contained herein and payment of applicable fees, Rojad CompuTech hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, nontransferable, license to use its accompanying proprietary web design application or products offered on the Rojad CompuTech web site (Web Design) for your own use only. Such Web sites or web applications are copyright properties of Rojad CompuTech and it is governed by the copyright laws in the Federal Repulblic of Nigeria.
RESTRICTED USE. All rights not expressly granted herein are retained by Rojad CompuTech and its licensors. Except as stated above, this Agreement does not grant the Customer any intellectual property rights in the Web site or wen application. Customer shall not rent, lease, transfer or sublicense the Web site or web application. Customer shall not under any circumstances nor shall Customer permit a third party to
(i) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to reconstruct or discover the source code of the website/application or
(ii) prepare derivative of the website/application or
(iii) remove any product identification (eg DESIGNED BY ROJAD COMPUTECH), Rojad CompuTech's trademark or other notice from the Website.
However the removal of iii above can only be achieved by request via our ticket system and would be carried out after paying some fees which varies according to the complexity of the design
TITLE. The organization, structure, sequence, logic, and source code of the website/application are valuable to the Company. Any and all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the website/application and Documentation shall remain at any and all
times in Rojad CompuTech and/or its suppliers. Title, ownership rights, and
intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Software is
the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable
law. This License does not give Customer any rights to
such content.
LIMITED WARRANTY. Rojad CompuTech warrants to the Customer, for a period of
thirty (7) days from the date of this agreement, installation of website/application, or
use of services, whichever is earlier, that it will replace any defective code
on which the website/application is provided and that the website/application, if not modified and if
properly installed and used, will substantially conform to the material
specifications set forth in the documentation, Such warranties are for the
Customer's benefit only and are not transferable. Rojad CompuTech does not
warrant that the Software will operate error free or uninterrupted or will meet
your requirements. Except for the express warranties stated in this section, the
Software are licensed as is and Rojad CompuTech specifically excludes and
disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
statutory noninfringement of third party intellectual property rights and any
warranty that may arise by reason of trade usage, custom or course of dealing
and Customer hereby expressly waives any and all such warranties. All customers should note that if the website/application works well in our web server and does not work well in another web server then it is there own responsibility to discuss with the third party hosting company.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR A THIRD PARTY WEB HOSTING COMPANY IF THE WEBSITE / APPLICATION WORKS WELL IN OUR SERVER. IT IS ALSO NOT ROJAD COMPUTECH'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE SITE ON ANOTHER WEB HOSTING COMPANY. HOWEVER INSTALLATION OF YOUR SITE IN OUR WEB HOSTING ENVIRONMENT IS FREE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT,
CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL Rojad CompuTech BE
LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND
ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF
Rojad CompuTech'S LIST PRICE FOR A LICENSE TO THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION,
EYEN IF Rojad CompuTech SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
