Web Design Instruction

To ensure prompt completion of your web site, you must follow these steps:
1. Submit a ticket to get a quote. click here to get a quote. Please ensure that you select web design when requesting for web design quote. You are also supposed to explain fully how you would like your site to look.
2. Our Support Team would look into your web design requirements and would contact you for further discussion.
3. When your design requirements are fully understood, you would be required to pay 30% of the bill for the design process to start. (NB: This initial fee is non refundable).
4. After sucessful payment our webmasters would design the site and post a demo in our gallery for your approval. (This can only be done if you have provided the text, video and pictures to be used with the site. Please not that poor pictures are not accepted)
5. After your approval, the full site would be developed and posted to you. If you are hosting your site with us, we will upload your site for you free of charge. For a third party hosting you will be charged extra for the deployment of your site and the price depends on the complexity of the uploading that would be done). Check our Linux web hosting (supports php, jsp codes). Check out our windows web hosting (supports classic asp, asp.NET 3.5, 4.0)
(Please note that after approval we not deploy or give you a copy of your site if you have not completed your payment)
For an average site, web design will take a maximum of two weeks. It is on first come first serve. Design time also depends on the load of work.
